A few things of import:
Hubs got a job. Recap: he’s been a stay-at-home dad/graduate student since Mac was born, but at 18 months, we decided it was time for Mac to try daycare. A perfect job opening happened to pop up at my hubs’ previous place of work, and he got the gig. Yay to two paychecks!
As I mentioned last night, hubs also found out he can graduate early from grad school....
This day.
Ugh this day so hard. I took half a Valium by 8:30 am. That’s the kind of day it was. I didn’t even get to look at Tumblr til after 9:30 tonight. We spent $200 on a plumber. Mac started daycare. I dealt with stupid annoying shit at work. Whine.
Bright side: Mac did very well at daycare. Hubs found out he can graduate early, thus getting a 10% pay raise and not taking more student...

Hubs has band practice tonight and I have quite the evening planned for myself.
My DVR is overloaded since I was gone for nine days, so epic amounts of television will be watched.
I’m making decorations for my coworker’s baby shower—I’m co-hosting & it’s on Tuesday, so I’d better get my shit together.
I might eat cereal for dinner. Who can say...

I want cookies so fucking bad right now. Why cookies? I don’t know. Oh, shit… I think there’s leftover biscotti in the conference room. That’ll do in a pinch.

Mac & I fell asleep at 3:30 yesterday afternoon and took a little jet lag nap. Well, it was supposed to be a nap but hubs never woke us up. We got up at 3:18 am and have been up ever since. Working today is going to be awesome.
